The banner reads: "Welcome To Downtown TAMPA There's So Many Reasons To Love It"What it should have said: There Are. NOT what it is implying now with "There's" which is there is. The "many reasons" make it plural.
I smell jocks because Tampa is known as the City of Champions, not the City of Editors.
